We work with the insurance company on your behalf, taking care of your best interests and saving you precious time. Our goal is to make it as easy as we can for you to get your repairs completed to the highest level without hassle. Our friendly support team will keep you informed every step of the way, taking care of towing, a courtesy car, and insurance claims. We have it covered; sit back and relax.
When you first call Kaspa Transmissions, you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff who will find out the problem. If your car needs to be towed, we will arrange it for you and when it arrives, we will contact the insurer on your behalf. If your car is still driving, simply drive in and one of our service technicians will take down all your information, including the insurance details. Your vehicle will then be given one of our ten-point checks and if there is a problem, we will contact your insurance company and get their approval to start work.
Next, we will remove the transmission, quote the insurance company, and find out what your excess is. We will then contact you with this information and get your approval to go ahead. When the work is completed, we can deliver the car back to you or you can simply pick it up when you drop off our courtesy car.
